Job Description TikTok Shop Account Manager Experience: 2–4 years in e-commerce, marketplace, or social commerce account management About the opportunity We’re working with a fast-growing, specialist TikTok Shop agency that helps brands turn TikTok into a genuine and scalable sales channel. Having driven more than £30m in TikTok Shop sales over the past two years , the agency provides an end-to-end service spanning store setup, product operations, creator partnerships, live shopping, and growth strategy. As the business continues to grow, they’re looking for a TikTok Shop Account Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operation and growth of a portfolio of client accounts. This is an opportunity for someone who understands both sides of successful social commerce: the operational detail required to run a high-performing shop and the commercial thinking needed to grow it. The role You’ll be the day-to-day owner of a portfolio of client TikTok Shops, responsible for both the operational back end and the strategic direction of each account. You’ll be just as comfortable working inside Seller Center and building out a product catalogue as you are leading a client call, walking through performance and setting out the growth plan for the next quarter. It’s a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership and seeing a clear connection between the work they do and the revenue it generates. What you’ll do Shop operations & back-end management Own the full setup and ongoing management of client TikTok Shops within Seller Center Handle product setup end to end, including listings, variants, pricing, images, descriptions, and category/attribute optimisation Manage inventory, stock syncing, and catalogue accuracy across each store Configure and monitor promotions, discounts, flash sales, and campaign mechanics Oversee order flow, fulfilment coordination, returns, and after-sales issues Stay on top of TikTok Shop policies, compliance requirements, and account health to keep stores in good standing Account strategy & growth Build and own the growth strategy for each client account, with clear targets and roadmaps Analyse performance data including GMV, conversion, traffic sources, and product performance, turning insights into actionable recommendations Identify opportunities across content, creators and affiliates, LIVE, and paid activity to drive sales Work with creators and affiliate programmes to build the content engine behind each shop Client management Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio, building trusted, long-term client relationships Lead regular check-ins and reporting, presenting results and next steps clearly and confidently Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring clients remain informed and confident in the strategy Identify opportunities to grow accounts and deepen client partnerships over time What we’re looking for 2–4 years’ experience in account management, e-commerce, marketplace operations, or social commerce Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center is strongly preferred, although experience with comparable platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or other marketplaces will also be considered Strong operational discipline — highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously A confident and clear communicator who can own client relationships and present with authority Commercially minded and data-literate, with a strong understanding of the metrics that drive e-commerce performance A genuine understanding of TikTok, its culture, its content ecosystem, and what makes products sell on the platform Nice to have Experience with TikTok creator or affiliate programmes and influencer partnerships Familiarity with paid social or TikTok Ads Manager Previous agency-side experience managing multiple client accounts
