Job Description Creator & Affiliate Manager Remote (South Africa-based) | 9 am–5 pm UK time | About the Company Our client is one of the most recommended creative TikTok agencies in the world. They build and run TikTok Shop affiliate programmes and creator campaigns for beauty, fragrance, wellness and lifestyle brands — everything from algorithmic seeding through to tiered creator challenges and long-term retained talent. They’re a small, fast-moving team. That means real ownership from day one, direct access to the brands they work with, and no layers of sign-off between you and the work. The Role We’re looking for a Creator & Affiliate Manager to join our client and own affiliate programmes end to end across a portfolio of client accounts. This is not a role where you’ll be handed a strategy to execute. You’ll be building the strategy, finding the creators, briefing them, keeping them engaged, and reporting on what it delivered — across 10+ accounts at any one time. You’ll be the person the brand trusts to know which creators will actually convert and why. You’ll work UK hours (9am–5pm UK time) as part of the company’s UK team, remotely from South Africa. What You’ll Be Doing Affiliate sourcing & outreach Identify and approach creators who genuinely fit the brand, product and audience — not just anyone with a follower count Run high-volume outreach across Cruva, Reacher and TikTok’s own tools Vet every creator properly: engagement quality, audience make-up, content style, conversion history and brand safety Relationship & community management Manage ongoing relationships with affiliates — negotiating commission, samples and rates, and keeping your best performers loyal to the brand Build and run affiliate communities that keep creators posting long after the first sample lands Own the inbox: keep response times fast and nothing slipping through the cracks Campaigns & content Set up, launch and manage creator challenges — tiers, targets, prizes, tracking, comms and payout Write clear, creative content briefs that give creators a strong hook and enough freedom to make it their own Chase and approve content, and keep briefs compliant with each brand’s rules Strategy & reporting Build full affiliate strategies end to end — from launch plan through to scaling and retention Report on performance to clients and internally: GMV, video views, conversion, creator retention and sample ROI Spot what’s working, kill what isn’t, and bring the recommendation, not just the number Programmes You’ll Use Cruva Reacher TikTok Seller Centre TikTok Affiliate Centre Experience with these is a big advantage. If you haven’t used all of them, strong experience with a comparable creator CRM or affiliate platform plus a willingness to get up to speed quickly will be considered. What We’re Looking For Essential Experience in creator, influencer or affiliate marketing — ideally with TikTok Shop Genuinely strong on TikTok: you know the formats, the trends and why a video sells Excellent written English and a natural, human tone in outreach and DMs Seriously organised — you’ll be juggling 10+ accounts, hundreds of creators and multiple live challenges at once Comfortable with numbers: you can read a performance dashboard and explain what it means Self-starting and dependable working remotely, with reliable internet and a workspace that supports UK hours Nice to have Agency experience, or having managed multiple brands simultaneously Experience running creator challenges, seeding programmes or ambassador communities Familiarity with beauty, fragrance or wellness categories Basic understanding of TikTok Shop compliance and advertising standards What Success Looks Like In your first month — you know your accounts inside out, you’ve taken over the inboxes, and outreach is flowing. By month three — you’re running challenges independently, your creators are posting consistently, and your reporting is something clients look forward to. By month six — you own the affiliate strategy for your accounts, and GMV and creator retention are climbing because of decisions you made.
