Account Manager UK - Affiliate Marketing

ACCOUNT MANAGER – AFFILIATE MARKETING | BERLIN

financeAds International is the premium marketing agency for banks, insurers and FinTechs across Europe. We help our clients acquire customers for their online products through a network of highly relevant financial publishers, working mainly on a performance basis with a strong ROI focus.

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our UK team, based in our Berlin headquarters. You will manage a portfolio of advertisers and publishers with a strong focus on the UK, one of our largest and fastest-moving markets, working day to day in English within an international team and learning the mechanics of financial performance marketing from experienced colleagues.

What will keep you challenged?

• Managing day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of advertisers and publishers

• Reviewing campaign numbers and performance, and proposing optimisation actions

• Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and in line with client expectations

• Creating client-facing reports and presentations, and preparing internal and external meetings

• Supporting campaign strategy, planning and implementation together with senior colleagues

• Onboarding new publishers and helping grow the reach of your accounts

• Contributing to the overall success of your team and supporting your colleagues in hitting their targets

What will make you succeed?

• One to three years of experience in digital or online marketing; affiliate or performance marketing experience is a strong plus

• Interest in the financial industry; prior exposure to banking, trading, insurance or FinTech is a plus but not required

• Strong analytical and numerical skills combined with a proactive, efficient and result-oriented working style

• Fluent English; other European languages are a plus

• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence communicating with clients

• Performance-driven, client-oriented mindset with a strong motivation to learn
