Role Description This is a full-time Account Manager under training role based in Alexandria, Egypt, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The role involves learning to manage a portfolio of restaurant clients, supporting them with onboarding, system usage, and ongoing account growth. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with client communication, responding to inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and helping resolve service issues. The Account Manager under training will shadow experienced team members, participate in training sessions, and gradually take ownership of client relationships and basic sales activities. The role also includes updating client records, preparing simple performance reports, and contributing to process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience.

• Candidates should possess strong Account Management and Sales skills, with an interest in developing long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and support clients effectively.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly and assist in guiding clients on product features.
• Candidates should possess basic proficiency with office and CRM software, and strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, restaurants, or SaaS services is beneficial.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Alexandria, Egypt, with flexibility to coordinate with clients across the Middle East.
