It’s still day 1, come build the future of shopping with us!
This position is based in New York.
🇺🇸 Our US team
The US is our biggest international priority. We already work with more than 10,000 brands, including Nike, Best Buy, Macy’s, Expedia, and Lululemon, and our ambition is to make the US our largest market within the next three years.
We’re building our local team, led by our Co-founder and CRO, based in New York. You’ll join us at an early stage of our US expansion, with an established product, an existing user base, and a business model that has scaled in our core market.
✨ Why this role is special
As Account Manager, US, you will join our founding commercial team in the US and own a portfolio of US merchant partnerships. Working closely with our Co-founder and CRO and our wider Partnerships team, you will build lasting relationships, grow revenue from your accounts, and negotiate compelling offers for our users.
Your role will combine growing existing accounts with developing new partnerships. You will work directly with brands, affiliate networks, and agencies to understand their priorities, identify commercial opportunities, and turn them into successful campaigns and long-term relationships.
As an early member of our US team, you will also help shape how we work: bringing ideas, building practical account management processes, and sharing market feedback with our Product and Marketing teams.
🎯 What you will do
Account ownership and growth. Manage a portfolio of merchant partners, build plans around their goals, and identify opportunities to grow revenue and deepen each relationship.
Commercial negotiations. Negotiate commission rates, cash back offers, and campaign terms that deliver value for our users and partners while supporting our commercial goals.
New merchant partnerships. Build relationships with brands, affiliate networks, and agencies, secure access to relevant affiliate programs, and turn new opportunities into active partnerships.
Performance analysis. Monitor account and campaign performance, identify what is driving results, and recommend improvements. Prepare clear presentations and business reviews that demonstrate the value we deliver to partners.
Commercial processes and collaboration. Help improve our account management processes, contribute to commercial priorities, and support new teammates as we grow.
US market presence. Represent us in partner meetings and at industry events. Bring merchant feedback and market insights back to our Product and Marketing teams to help shape our US offering.
👀 Who we're looking for
Experience. You have at least 5 years of experience in account management, partnerships, sales, or a related commercial role, ideally in a fast-paced tech company or startup.
Account growth. You have a track record of growing commercial relationships, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, and delivering against revenue goals.
Business acumen. You understand partners’ needs, build compelling proposals, and know how to negotiate agreements that create value for both sides.
E-commerce knowledge. You understand how online retail and affiliate marketing work. Experience with affiliate networks is a strong plus.
Analytical skills. You use account and campaign data to understand performance, prioritize opportunities, and make clear recommendations to partners.
Entrepreneurial spirit. You enjoy building from scratch, take a hands-on approach to solving problems, and bring ideas that help the team improve.
Interpersonal skills. You communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, and build trusted relationships with partners and colleagues.
Attention to detail. You are thorough in your proposals, commercial terms, campaign coordination, and reporting, and you follow through on your commitments.
Location. You are based in New York, or ready to relocate.
Languages. You are fluent in English. French is not required.
