Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build lasting relationships. Assist clients with inquiries and guide them through the mortgage process. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding mortgage products. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends. Prepare and present reports on client account status. Participate in team meetings to develop strategies for client retention. Requirements Associate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in account management or customer service. Strong understanding of real estate and mortgage processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
