We are seeking a detail-oriented
Accounts Receivable Analyst
with dedicated
medical billing experience
to optimize the healthcare revenue cycle. You will manage insurance aging reports, resolve complex denials, and ensure maximum reimbursement from commercial and government payers.
You should have a strong knowledge of medical billing, good organizational skills, and working knowledge of billing software. A top-notch candidate should have integrity, excellent mathematical skills, and an understanding of data privacy standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Denial Management
: Analyze, appeal, and resolve denied or underpaid medical insurance claims.
A/R Follow-Up
: Track outstanding claims using aging reports and contact payers directly for resolution.
Payment Posting
: Review electronic remittance advice (ERAs) and explanation of benefits (EOBs) for accuracy.
Revenue Metrics
: Monitor performance benchmarks, focusing on reducing overall days in A/R.
Compliance
: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and medical coding guidelines.
Skills required
Advanced English knowledge.
Experience
: Minimum 2-3 years in healthcare accounts receivable or medical billing.
Payer Expertise
: In-depth understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines.
Tech Savvy
: Proficiency in EHR/billing software (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks) and advanced MS Excel.
Communication
: Excellent negotiation skills for professional insurance follow-up and patient relations.
Experience with Account Receivables and reconciliation.
