Instagram | TikTok | Culture page Role Mission To independently manage the day-to-day operations and end-to-end execution of complex social media accounts in Portugal. The Account Specialist is tasked with driving strategic and creative contributions while maintaining strict operational control over workflows, timelines, and budgets—ensuring top-tier delivery quality and protecting contribution margins through strong project ownership and versatility. Key responsibilities Serve as the main day-to-day lead for complex social media accounts, building strong relationships with clients and delivering top-tier service. Oversee social media channels, community management, branded content, and web series projects from concept to execution. Drive end-to-end outreach, negotiation, and collaboration with creators and influencers. Keep full control over timelines, workflows, deliverables, and campaign budgets. Build insightful reporting dashboards, contribute to strategic planning, and help develop compelling new business proposals. Skills & experience Experience balancing client management, social media strategy, content creation, and project management. A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and keep projects running smoothly without compromising quality. Experience managing budgets, tracking performance, and understanding business margins. Ability to contribute fresh creative ideas while grounding them in solid account strategy. A strong understanding of the Portuguese market landscape and audience trends.
