About the Role

As an Account Specialist, you will support customer accounts across the Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) and CIS regions, helping to ensure account information, billing activities and operational processes are managed accurately and efficiently.

Working closely with Commercial, Finance, Legal, Operations and Customer Support teams, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, resolving account-related queries and supporting the smooth day-to-day management of customer accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating across teams and working in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customer onboarding, account maintenance and account lifecycle activities.
• Manage and maintain accurate customer information across business systems.
• Coordinate and resolve customer, account and billing-related enquiries.
• Investigate invoice and billing issues, working with internal stakeholders to identify solutions.
• Produce reports and analyse account data to support operational and commercial activities.
• Support contract, compliance and customer documentation requests.
• Monitor account activity and identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and accurate account management.

Requirements

• Experience in account administration, customer support, billing operations, commercial operations or a similar B2B environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Experience working with CRM, ERP or similar business systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Customer-focused, proactive and collaborative approach.
