They offer services that facilitate credit card transactions and provide white-label prepaid and debit card programs, available in both physical and virtual formats. Their focus is on delivering secure and efficient payment systems tailored specifically to the needs of online businesses. Role Overview Join our team as an Account Manager (Onboarding) and play a pivotal role in shaping our payment partner network. You will lead the onboarding process for our partners, ensuring seamless integration from initial contact to launch. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid role based in Vilnius, where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with key players in the global payment industry. Key Responsibilities Lead the full onboarding process for APM providers and acquiring banks from our existing partner list — from first contact through contract, technical setup, and launch. Stay in regular contact with partners, keeping each onboarding moving and solving problems as they come up. Negotiate business and contract terms with partners as part of onboarding. Track and report on the status, timelines, and delays of onboarding projects. Develop and implement onboarding strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support for partners. Requirements Experience in Fintech, ideally in partners onboarding, partner/account management roles. Understanding of the payments ecosystem: acquiring, alternative payment methods, payment gateways, and onboarding processes. Demonstrated experience managing onboarding cycles, including technical coordination and commercial negotiation. Familiarity with compliance and risk considerations in payment partnerships is an advantage. Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools to track onboarding progress and partner interactions. Strong analytical skills to assess partner performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Languages: English C1, Russian C1. Experience in fintech Key Soft Skills Strong project management skills — able to run multiple onboardings in parallel and keep them moving. Clear, proactive communication style.
