Then read on and apply 🚀 What will you do? - Online Customer support (phone, chat, email). - Products and social media content translations – ensure all Lithuanian content sounds clear, natural and locally relevant. - Manage social media channels and respond to customer messages, comments, and reactions. - Take care of webshops behind the scenes – check orders, fix things manually when needed and make quick translations directly in the system. What we love about you: - You enjoy helping people. - You have previous experience in online customer support and you’re confident working efficiently in a busy support environment. - You have excellent Lithuanian language skills – both written and spoken – and will communicate with native customers in the Lithuanian market, where people will also read content translated or adapted by you. - You have basic e-commerce knowledge and understand from a buyer’s perspective how online shopping works, what may differ between stores and what matters to local customers. - Your English is strong enough for smooth daily communication with other teams.
