What You'll Do:

As an Account Strategist Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the retention and growth of an existing portfolio of clients across the LATAM region. You'll gain hands-on experience in digital advertising, campaign optimization, client management, and business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to a portfolio of advertisers across the region.
• Support Account Strategists in identifying growth opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
• Customer service via calls, emails, and instant messaging.
• Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance to ensure client objectives are met.
• Identify performance trends and recommend improvements to enhance campaign results.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues / Campaign maintenance by working closely with Business Intelligence, Technical Solutions and Creative teams.
• Contribute to upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Assist with operational tasks, including maintaining and updating Salesforce.
• Assist in improving internal processes, workflows, and tools, including automation initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
