We’re looking for an Accountant with solid accounting experience across month-end reporting, reconciliations, financial reporting, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and payroll. What are you expected to do? Manage month-end close processes and prepare monthly financial reports. Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities. Assist with payroll processing and related accounting tasks. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports. Use advanced Excel functions, formulas, and data analysis tools to support accounting processes and reporting. Analyse financial data and provide accurate reporting to support business decisions. You’ll be a great fit if: You should have at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar Accounting role. You have solid accounting experience across month-end reporting and financial reporting. You have hands-on experience with account reconciliations. You have experience managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). You have experience supporting payroll processes. You have advanced Excel skills and are confident working with spreadsheets, formulas, data analysis, and reporting. You have strong attention to detail and can work accurately across different areas of the Accounts function. You have strong technical accounting skills and can work independently across multiple accounting tasks. You are willing to work Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time). It would be desirable if: You have a CPA qualification, although this is not required. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover.
