Your Everyday at Nexi
As a Accountant, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Rzeszów.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
- Verification of financial documents for formal and accounting correctness
- Compliance with regulations regarding fixed assets and verification of the accuracy of their settlement
- Posting invoices and other accounting documents: cost, investment, and revenue-related
- Posting bank statements
- Settling employee business trips and other employee expenses
- Preparing reports for GUS, NBP, and Intrastat
- Ensuring proper and timely closing of accounting periods and participating in the preparation of financial statements
- Active participation in company audits
- Recording and settling fixed assets and calculating depreciation
What We Value in You

Essential Qualifications:
- (Minimum 2 years of experience in an independent accounting position (full accounting)
- Knowledge of the Accounting Act and tax regulations
- Knowledge of regulations regarding fixed assets and depreciation accounting
- Familiarity with Symfonia or Comarch-Optima systems
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Independence, accuracy, and timeliness in work
- Willingness to learn new processes
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and good organization of work
- Knowledge of English will be an additional advantage
- Fluent in Polish
