Accountant / Bookkeeper

About the Role: Culligan Pure Waters is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our team in Idaho Falls, ID! In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly as we continue to grow and serve our customers. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, bank reconciliations, and ledger management Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking and forecasting Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax requirements Collaborate with management to support audits and financial planning initiatives Requirements: Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related financial role Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting Familiarity with payroll processing and tax compliance Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team About Us: Culligan Pure Waters is a proud local dealer of Culligan Water — one of the most trusted names in water treatment solutions with decades of experience serving homes and businesses.
