JOB DESCRIPTION

• Position: Accountant (Fresher/Junior - around 1 year of working experience)
• Location: Ha Noi or HCM (Online/Remote)
• Package: From 12 million VND plus bonus (gross - negotiable)

About this role:

• Bookkeeping and creating journal entries using Quickbooks, spreadsheets, and other accounting software/services.
• Reconcile QuickBooks data
• Accurately file quarterly and annual tax reports
• Organize, analyze, review, modify and verify the correctness & accuracy of information
• Handle confidential information in all forms ensuring security.
• Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, and reports and maintain a company’s tax database
• Communicate with manufacturers, vendors, etc. to process purchase order, negotiate contract, agreement and service / product pricing
• Inventory audits are conducted remotely through reports and coordination with fulfillment partners.
• Keep track and audit inventory regularly to ensure timely order and accurate information
• Communicate with company departments and assist in P&L reporting and product stock analysis.
• Other works and research tasks related to accounting tasks as assigned.
• Reporting directly to the co-founders, this role serves as the primary accounting touchpoint for the company.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting with up to 1 year of working experience, e-commerce experience is preferable.
• Capable of reading and comprehending tax and accounting documents and regulations in English.
• Experience in accounting software such as QuickBooks, and QuickBooks Online, is an advantage.
• Great attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, documentation skills, data analysis, and multi-tasking. We need someone who identifies issues before they become bottlenecks.
• Can-do attitude: Ability to manage, prioritize, and follow up on tasks independently. Thrives in fast-paced environments, handling last-minute changes with ease.
• Ability to handle confidential information and value integrity.
• Willing to commit long term (ie. at least 2-3 years)

• Standard package: from 12+ million VND (Gross)
• Working hours: approx ~ 40 hours/week - report daily
• Probation: 02 months (100% salary).
• 5 annual sick leaves, and 12 annual paid leaves. Paid national holidays according to Vietnam’s official schedule.
