Role Overview This is an exciting opportunity to manage complex financial operations in a fintech environment. You will be responsible for handling multi-currency payroll, financial reporting, and compliance, while driving process improvements and enhancing internal controls. This role offers a unique chance to have a measurable impact on the company's financial operations and growth. Key Responsibilities Manage payroll operations for 50+ contractors across multiple currencies, including FX conversions and crypto payroll processing. Handle invoice validation, vendor management, and maintain accurate accounting records. Perform reconciliations, month-end closing activities, and support preparation of financial reports. Support budgeting processes, monitor expenses, and identify cost optimization opportunities. Ensure accounting compliance, support VAT/tax processes, and coordinate with auditors. Drive accounting process improvements and support automation initiatives. Requirements Strong accounting knowledge with a solid understanding of IFRS/GAAP and corporate tax principles. Experience with accounting platforms and advanced Excel skills. Experience with multi-currency accounting and HRIS systems. Experience working with auditors and managing financial risk. Strong background in expense validation and financial data accuracy. Languages: English, Russian. Experience in fintech. Key Soft Skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
