Accountant (m/f/d) – Goodfashion Group

About us

The Goodfashion Group is home to three fashion brands: Kings of Indigo, Stapf and Felicitas. Our companies operate in several European countries and sell through online shops, our own stores and wholesale. We're looking for an all-rounder to look after the group's finances, payroll and HR administration.

What you'll do

Accounting

• Day-to-day bookkeeping and month-end and year-end closings for the group companies
• Accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations and payment runs
• VAT returns and compliance across EU countries and the UK
• Work closely with external tax advisors and auditors
• Prepare financial reports for management

HR & payroll

• Prepare monthly payroll for our teams in several countries, together with external payroll providers
• HR administration: employment contracts, onboarding and offboarding, employee records
• Track working hours, holidays and absences
• Be the first point of contact for employees on HR and payroll questions

What you bring

• Several years of experience in accounting and payroll, ideally with multiple entities or international companies
• Good knowledge of EU VAT rules and payroll processes
• A precise, discreet and structured way of working
• Strong Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus
• Fluent English; German is a strong plus
