Accountant (Location: Beverly Hills, CA 90211) Reports To: Finance Manager We are looking for… Hopefully, you! We’re seeking an Accountant to join our Finance team at our Beverly Hills, LA showroom. This is a great opportunity for a finance professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience who is looking to take ownership of core accounting functions across treasury, fixed assets, revenue and payables. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting fundamentals, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to reporting, compliance and business partnering activities. The Accountant’s key responsibilities will include: End to end ownership of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including reconciliations and dispute resolution Maintaining the fixed asset register, processing additions, disposals and depreciation runs, and ensuring accurate property, plant and equipment records Month end close, variance analysis and contributing to the monthly management accounts reporting pack Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations with minimal supervision Assisting with compliance and tax reporting, and other statutory filings Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes Business partnering with managers and stakeholders to build relationships and influence beyond just transactional work We need you to bring… A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent CA/ CPA qualification (completed or near completion) is highly regarded Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including IFs, VLOOKUP and data analysis functions) and MS Office Strong numerical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and logical thinking High levels of initiative with the ability to work independently A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, with demonstrated proficiency across cash, fixed assets, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.
