Accounting Analyst, EV Financial Operations

Position Summary

The Accounting Analyst will support day-to-day corporate accounting functions, including general ledger accounting, month-end close, account reconciliations, intercompany accounting, revenue and lease accounting, and financial reporting. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while supporting process improvements and operational efficiency.

As the EV Accounting Analyst, you will:

• Prepare and post journal entries for cash, prepaids, accruals, intercompany transactions, revenue, lease accounting, and other general ledger activities.

• Perform monthly account reconciliations and investigate and resolve reconciling items.

• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.

• Maintain supporting schedules for prepaid expenses, accruals, revenue, leases, intercompany accounts, and other balance sheet accounts.

• Facilitate customer billing activities and ensure invoices are prepared accurately and timely.

• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.

• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and providing requested documentation.

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Participate in process improvements, system implementations, and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting

• 2–3 years of corporate accounting experience.

• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle Fusion experience is a plus.

• CPA license or active CPA candidate preferred.
