Accounting & Finance Associate

Job Description About the Role Ibtdara is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support the company’s financial and compliance requirements. This is a fully remote position . We particularly encourage applications from graduates of LUMS, IBA, NUST, LSE, and FAST-NUCES with a strong academic background and an interest in building a career in accounting and finance. Key Responsibilities Manage bookkeeping, financial records, and reconciliations . Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and financial reports . Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payment follow-ups . Process payroll and employee reimbursements . Handle tax filings and financial compliance . Prepare documentation and support audit processes . Assist with cash-flow monitoring, budgeting, and financial reporting . Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field . Graduates from LUMS, IBA, NUST, LSE, or FAST-NUCES preferred. 1–3 years of relevant experience ; fresh graduates with a strong academic background may also apply. Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting . Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong English communication skills . Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Knowledge of IFRS and tax compliance .
