Finance & Accounting Manager (Remote & US position)

This is a remote position and the individual will be required to work US EST (New York). Key Duties: Develop forecasts and cashflow statements Maintain financial records for client companies by analysing balance sheets and general ledger accounts. Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including filing, report generation, budget review, etc. Process weekly payroll accurately and timely. Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date. Raise invoices Chasing overdue invoices Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation of various banks with system generated ledger. Maintain, record and reconcile cash . Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong work ethic Able to work independently with minimum supervision Excellent communication skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise projects to meet tight deadlines.
