We are hiring a Accounting Lead with strong US GAAP experience to manage end-to-end accounting operations for US-based clients operating in lean, fast-moving SME environments.

This role is ideal for professionals who want stable US-facing work, broader ownership across accounting functions, and direct collaboration with US Controllers and business leaders.

What You Will Own

• Manage full-cycle accounting operations under US GAAP
• Lead month-end close processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and financial data integrity
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and reporting packages
• Partner directly with US Controllers, finance teams, and stakeholders
• Identify and implement accounting process improvements
• Support audit preparation and compliance requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting across accounting operations

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of accounting experience with strong US GAAP exposure
• Experience handling end-to-end accounting operations
• Strong ownership of month-end close processes
• Experience working with US clients or international stakeholders
• ERP/accounting systems experience (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work effectively in remote, fast-paced environments
