Accounting & Planning Manager (NetSuite, PowerBI , Fully Remote)

We're looking for an Accounting and Planning Manager, a CPA with strong Power BI expertise to join our Finance team!

This role combines financial accounting, reporting, planning, and business intelligence, making it ideal for a finance professional who can go beyond the numbers and turn financial data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end closing, financial reporting, and management reporting processes.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for financial and operational KPIs.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial records and reporting.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and reporting efficiency.
• Supervise and develop the accounting and reporting team.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required.
• Strong hands-on Power BI expertise – Required, including DAX, data modeling, dashboard development, and financial reporting automation.
• Hands-on Oracle NetSuite ERP experience – Required, particularly in general ledger, financial reporting, month-end closing, and transaction management.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A), including supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in process improvement, finance transformation, and automation is an advantage.
