Participate in monthly closing processes with the factories in Europe
Prepare additional quarterly closing packages (OBSC, Leases, Tax, Audit, Treasury, R&D…)
Perform quarterly and annually SOx controls
Analysis and posting of entries on suspense accounts, cash-out forecast on Treasury portal
Monitor POs (AMEX, OCAS, R&D) for monthly closing
Supervision of IFRS16 contracts (posting of provisions, RE-FX), leases and OBSC contracts
Calculation of rolls consumptions for monthly closing
Integration of HR batches (SOx control, staff costs reinvoiced report, mark up, KB21N capex and steelshop allocations…)
Prepare and execute annual closing tasks
Calculation of added value, preparation of tax declarations (TF, TVTS…) with validation from Tax Department
Conduct rolling inventory of fixed assets
Participate in statutory audits, CSE audits, internal audits, URSSAF, tax controls
Prepare supporting documentation for audits and regulatory reporting
Our requirements
Hybrid working system: 1-2 days in the office per week
Fluency in French (B2+/C1) and English on at least B2 level
Experience in monthly and quarterly closures and controls
Experience in audits and tax controls
Preferably experience in cooperation with international factories
