As an Accounting Specialist, you will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for our legal entities worldwide in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the financial statements of subsidiaries worldwide
- Handling general ledger accounting and managing day-to-day business activities for our international entities
- Full responsibility for Accounts Receivable processes, including e-invoicing, reconciliation, and payment monitoring
- Preparation and management of international dunning processes for outstanding receivables
- Supporting monthly closing activities, including billing and revenue postings
- Handling withholding tax processes and ensuring compliance with international requirements
- Preparing and managing certificates of residency
- Supporting intercompany reconciliations and preparing reports for management
- Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable management, ideally in an international environment
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial processes and numbers
- High level of initiative and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Good English skills; German would be a plus
- Solid MS Office skills, particularly Excel
