Accounting Specialist (Remote - Turkey)

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on supporting accounting and operational processes, ensuring accurate record keeping, timely invoicing, and smooth coordination with internal teams. If you are detail oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment, this position could be a great fit.

This role is remote and follows New York time zone working hours.

What you'll do

• Manage the contract preparation process for clients whose agreements have been finalized

• Track customer payments and ensure all relevant records are updated in a timely manner

• Coordinate invoicing processes with the accounting team

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate tracking across operational processes

• Support the daily operational tasks of the sales and accounting teams

• Contribute to improving general operational workflows and internal processes

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role

• Excellent working knowledge of Excel and accounting software, preferably QuickBooks

• Good understanding of invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation

• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong planning and organizational abilities

• Effective communication skills and a strong team player mindset

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast paced environment
