The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: - Code and match bank transactions to current chart of account codes - Process accounts payable and receivable transactions - Process payroll - Reconcile bank and credit card statements - Prepare financial reports and summaries for management - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting principles - Collaborate with other departments to support financial operations Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Proficient in Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite.
