Accountants - Supervisor
Roles & Responsibilities
- Within a varied role, you will manage a broad spectrum of clients from different sectors, both nationally and internationally.
- You will visit clients on site and lead discussions.
- You support clients with their daily accountancy, tax and legal work and are responsible for closing, reporting (interim and annual) and the full follow‑up of the files entrusted to you.
- Furthermore, you are responsible for preparing the annual accounts and the required reporting, tax returns and related documentation.
- Finally, you coach junior accountants.
Skills & Qualifications
- You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in economics, accountancy, taxation or another financial discipline.
- You have at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an accounting firm or fiduciary environment.
- You understand the environment in which SME business managers and CFOs of medium‑sized companies operate.
- You are communicative, flexible and able to work independently.
Working in a team and supervising junior accountants appeals to you.
- You know how to communicate with clients in a smooth, correct and assertive manner.
- You are confident working with AI tools and adopt a critical mindset when using AI in everyday tasks and team collaboration.
