Linklaters est un cabinet d’avocats d’affaires international spécialisé dans le conseil aux entreprises, publiques et privées, banques, institutions financières et aux organisations gouvernementales. Le cabinet compte plus de 3 000 avocats dans le monde, répartis dans 31 bureaux dont le siège est à Londres. A Paris, notre bureau compte près de 200 avocats dont 39 associés.

Missions
Le/La candidat(e) aura une solide expérience en comptabilité, déclarations sociales et fiscales. L’expérience de la gestion comptable des cabinets d’avocats d’affaires est un réel plus.
Rattaché(e) au Directeur Financier, au sein d’une équipe de 6 personnes, vous aurez pour principales missions :
- Garantir la fiabilité des comptes et la conformité des opérations comptables, dans le respect des obligations légales et fiscales
- Assurer la bonne tenue quotidienne de la comptabilité générale et fournisseurs dans le respect des procédures groupe (plan de compte UK)
- Superviser les clôtures comptables mensuelles en lien étroit avec notre centre de services partagés : revue de balance, écritures de cut-off, opérations intercos.
- Coordonner les clôtures annuelles en IFRS et French GAAP, préparation de la liasse fiscale de l’entité française (BNC), interface avec les auditeurs externes et internes
- Responsable de l’établissement des déclarations fiscales : TVA, CVAE, CFE
- Suivi des frais professionnels des associés : cotisations, déclarations et paiements
- Assurer la bonne application des normes comptables, fiscales et sociales ainsi que des règles et procédures applicables à l’ensemble des bureaux Linklaters
Profil
Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure en comptabilité, vous justifiez d’une solide expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la comptabilité, en tant que comptable unique ou comptable général de préférence acquise au sein d'un cabinet d’avocats ou d’expertise comptable / audit dans un environnement international, ou d’une société de services aux entreprises.
- Doté(e) d'un bon relationnel à l’écrit et à l’oral, vous interagissez aisément avec les associés et les cabinets externes
- Vous êtes proactif et savez gérer vos dossiers en toute autonomie et discrétion
- Vous êtes une personne organisée et très rigoureuse
- Vous parlez anglais
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Excel et une bonne maîtrise de SAP R/3
