Barden is delighted to partner with a growing finance firm in Dublin, looking to hire an Accounting Team Lead to take charge of a portfolio of owner-managed businesses. You will lead a small team of 2-3.
Hybrid working.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Own the finance relationship with a group of business owners;
- Lead a small team and oversee its output;
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, and review management accounts;
- Grow the portfolio and agree terms with new clients.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Qualified Accountant (5+ years PQE);
- Strong reporting, planning, and analysis background;
- Commercially minded, with an appetite to win new work;
- Personable, with the confidence to advise owners directly.
