About the role Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner Prepare and process vendor payments Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor queries Reconcile supplier statements and follow up outstanding items Maintain vendor master data, including validation of vendor information and bank detail changes Support month-end close activities and complete assigned tasks in line with reporting deadlines Apply company policies, internal controls and delegated authorities across invoice and payment processing Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding purchase requisitions, purchase orders and supplier management Provide backup support to accounts receivable and financial accountant during peak periods and leave coverage About you An accounting qualification or relevant finance-related qualification Minimum 3-5 years of experience within an Accounts Payable or broader finance function Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Experience in taking ownership of the entire accounts payable function Benefits Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Wellbeing day off Hybrid working arrangements Gain exposure to broader finance responsibilities, including month-end activities Opportunities to develop your skills and grow your career Applications will be reviewed as received, so we encourage interested candidates to apply early, as the role may close before the advertised date.
