Accounts Payable Analyst

Embark on an exciting journey with us as an Accounts Payable Analyst to manage our financial records, create Bills in ZIP P2P system & Netsuite ERP, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide accurate financial information to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities Processing of vendor bills in ZIP P2P system & Netsuite ERP, for LATAM countries (Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Bolivia) Ensure Billing compliance Brazil: NFe, NFSe, Pis/Cofins/ISS, CBS/EBS (new regulation) Other LATAM countries: e-invoicing, IVA, etc. Ensuring transactional accuracy by ensuring correct expense impact, Sales tax application & WHT deduction. Managing AP mailbox, vendor queries Preparing vendor reconciliations Preparation of AP Aging report SOP Creation & process development Active participation in audits. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Graduation in accounting, administration, economics and any other related field; Experience as an AP Analyst between 3-5 years; Experience of working with systems like Netsuite ERP, ZIP, Numeric Experience with AP systems and expense management systems is a plus Strong knowledge of MS Excel, GSheets, Tableau, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) Strong understanding of taxes applied to bills for LATAM; (Sales tax, WHT tax) Knowledge of legislation in the field of accounting, tax, and e-invoicing compliance Work experience with international companies; Job Benefits Help us challenge injustice by creating fair choices for millions of people across 1100+ cities in 48 countries.
