Accounts Payable (AU Retail Services, Hybrid)

What You’ll Do

• Reconcile supplier trade accounts and statements against the Trial Balance.
• Resolve invoice, claim, and credit discrepancies efficiently.
• Ensure timely and accurate supplier payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries.
• Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Accounts Payable experience, preferably in an Australian (AU) environment.
• Excellent reconciliation skills, particularly with supplier statements, invoices, claims, and credits.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• A proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently.
