What You’ll Do
- Accurately enter and maintain accounts payable and expense-related data.
- Process vendor invoices, employee expense reimbursements, and check requests to support accurate and timely payments.
- Code and enter overhead vendor invoices in accordance with ORC standards.
- Review employee expense reports for coding accuracy, appropriate documentation, and compliance with company policies.
- Provide guidance to new employees on completing and submitting expense reports in accordance with ORC standards.
- Maintain complete and accurate records and supporting documentation for accounts payable transactions.
- Communicate professionally with vendors, subcontractors, and employees regarding invoices, payment status, expense reports, and related inquiries.
- Support day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, distributing mail, maintaining copier and postage equipment, and ordering office supplies.
- Coordinate lodging reservations and other administrative support for the leadership team as needed.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of accounts payable, accounting support experience, or other relatable experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite — specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
