to join our Group Accounting Team in Lisbon, working closely with colleagues across Sweden, Switzerland and other European countries.

To support our next phase of growth, we are strengthening our Group Accounting and further developing our Accounting function. As an Accounts Payable Intern, you will contribute to a key function that supports our international operations and ensures financial excellence across the Group.

Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Procure-to-Pay (P2P)/AP process, including invoice reception and processing
Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Reviewing and ensuring correct cost center and account classification on purchase orders
Supporting daily operational activities within the team
Performing ad hoc Accounts Payable and Procurement tasks as required
Collaborating with local finance specialists (accounting, tax, annual reporting) to ensure compliance with local legislation
We are looking for proactive, enthusiastic self-starters with a strong willingness to learn and a business mindset focused on creating value.
Final year students or recent graduates in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Management, or related fields.
Strong interest in finance and accounting processes
Fluent written and spoken English (Portuguese is a plus)
Analytical, methodical and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with different IT systems
Well-organized, proactive and eager to suggest process improvements
Positive attitude and strong team spirit
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment
