Where You'll Make a Difference

• Process incoming invoices from vendors through IFF’s workflow systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Match invoices to purchase orders within IFF systems.
• Handle invoice verification activities in accordance with defined processes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.
• Validate invoices for completeness, accuracy, and proper approvals.
• Support invoice prioritization to ensure timely processing and payment.
• Reconcile processed transactions and investigate discrepancies when needed.
• Maintain high-quality data and documentation standards within Accounts Payable processes.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Fluent Slovenian, Bosnian, Serbian, or Montenegrin language skills, both written and spoken.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ongoing upper-level education and active full-time student status at a Hungarian university.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility around your academic schedule.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive administrative tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably SAP ECC, is an advantage.

• Previous internship or work experience in Finance, Accounting, or Shared Services.
• Knowledge of additional European languages.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
