Accounts Payable / Procurement with Dutch - project based part-time

About the Role

We are seeking a native Dutch speaker with professional English fluency and relevant procurement, accounts payable, supplier onboarding, finance, or enterprise-software experience. You will facilitate virtual supplier training and provide follow-up support for a European e-invoicing enablement program.

This is not a translation-only role. The selected contractor must be comfortable learning a business process, presenting it clearly to suppliers, answering questions professionally, and escalating issues when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in train-the-trainer sessions to learn the client’s supplier invoicing processes, systems, and escalation paths.
• Review translated Dutch training materials and identify inaccurate, unclear, or unnatural procurement and invoicing terminology.
• Deliver scheduled one-hour virtual supplier webinars in Dutch.
• Facilitate live question-and-answer discussions and provide clear, professional guidance within the approved training scope.
• Conduct scheduled follow-up or one-on-one support sessions with suppliers when requested.
• Document common supplier questions, recurring points of confusion, and issues requiring escalation.
• Coordinate with the Wonder Services Engagement and Delivery Lead regarding readiness, scheduling, risks, and escalations.
• Maintain reliable availability and a professional virtual presentation environment.

Required Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Dutch.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, accounts payable, finance operations, supplier management, supply chain, or a related field.
• Confident virtual presenter with strong verbal communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to explain process and system requirements to a non-technical supplier audience.
• Availability during European business hours.
• Reliable internet connection, working webcam and microphone, and a professional remote-work environment.

Preferred Experience

• Coupa, SAP, SAP Ariba, SupplyOn, Oracle, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Basware, or another procurement or invoicing platform.
• Supplier onboarding, supplier enablement, e-invoicing, purchase-order invoicing, or accounts payable transformation.
• Virtual training, webinars, change management, customer success, or enterprise software implementation support.
• Experience supporting global or European business stakeholders.
