Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, payments, and expense reports. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and committed to delivering high-quality financial operations in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Own and Drive Invoice Processing: Process vendor invoices into Netsuite. Verify coding of invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centers. Resolve invoice discrepancies by working with internal stakeholders and vendors. Expense reports: Import approved expense reports from Concur into NetSuite and ensure transactions are posted accurately and matched to the corresponding payment. Payments: Prepare and process weekly payment runs via ACH, wire transfer, checks, and other payment methods. Ensure payments are made according to agreed payment terms. Month-End Close: Prepare AP accruals for services received but not yet invoiced. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Compliance & Controls: Verify appropriate approvals before processing invoices. Support external audits by providing requested documentation. What you Bring 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting. Strong understanding of accounting principles. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience working with ERP systems. Preferred Experience with NetSuite. Experience in a multi-entity or multinational environment. Experience with foreign currencies and international payments.
