Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our globally distributed team!

What You'll Do

• Process, validate, and reconcile vendor invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage weekly payment runs, ensuring timely and compliant disbursements.
• Monitor AP aging, review outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies proactively.
• Maintain vendor records, contracts, and documentation to support audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and internal teams to verify approvals and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, tax rules, and accounting standards.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of AP workflows, general accounting principles, and invoice lifecycle.
• Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems (Yardi preferred).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies.
• Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and continuous process improvement.
