Accounts Payable Specialist

Chicago Loop Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter vendor invoices for multiple office locations Prepare and process daily and weekly check runs Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from vendors and firm partners Assist with special accounting projects and administrative tasks as assigned O’Hagan Meyer is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
