What We’re Looking For Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist II to join our team! The Accounts Payable Specialist II processes and reviews accounts payable transactions and applies accounting principles to verify accuracy and completeness. The role analyzes invoices, reviews and verifies account coding to ensure accuracy, compares invoices to contract terms to verify accuracy and compliance, and supports reconciliation activities to ensure accurate disbursement of funds and integrity of financial records. On a typical day, you might: Process and review accounts payable transactions to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. Analyze invoices and supporting documentation to verify alignment with contractual and policy requirements. Assign and validate account codes based on organizational chart of accounts. Identify discrepancies in payables data and coordinate resolution with appropriate stakeholders. Maintain detailed records of payment activity, documentation, and transaction history. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must reside within North Carolina. Preferred: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
