What We're Looking For:

he Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for ensuring that liabilities incurred for goods and services
received are arithmetically correct and accurately reflect previously agreed terms and conditions. To
handle transactional paperwork and ensure it is complete and maintained in an orderly manner.

– Process a high volume of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently, and assist the team to do the

same. – Process payment runs for the company – both supplier and employee expense

– Process and audit employee cash and company credit card expenses. – Interacts with vendors and colleagues – Works on various supplier queries. – Reconcile supplier statements – Assisting the AP Supervisor on projects as required

– Operates effectively in a teaming environment, including taking on additional tasks (as necessary) to

assist in the workload of other team members. – Perform other duties as may be reasonably assigned.
