We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative to manage collections and support our service and parts customers. In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact, helping resolve outstanding receivables while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll own a portfolio of accounts, leverage technology to drive timely collections, and contribute to process improvements that support cash flow, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Location: Remote (prior remote work experience required)

Target Hiring Range: $20.00–22.00hr

What You'll Do:

• Manage and prioritize a high-volume AR portfolio across a large customer base
• Communicate with customers through 100+ emails per day and a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily
• Drive payment collection while maintaining a strong customer experience
• Handle inbound AR-related calls and billing inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Analyze customer communications and proactively address key issues to reduce repeat contact and back-and-forth
• Research and resolve service and parts billing discrepancies
• Interpret and communicate third-party data exchanges clearly and effectively to customers
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and system updates (including Excel-based tracking)
• Partner with internal teams and utilize tools such as SharePoint to manage documentation and workflows
• Respond to both internal and external inquiries within established service-level timelines

What You'll Bring:

• 1+ years of Accounts Receivable, collections, customer service, or related accounting experience
• At least 1 year of experience working in a fully remote environment
• Experience in a high-volume communication environment (verbal & written)
• Quickly identify key information and drive efficient resolution
• Working knowledge of Excel, SharePoint and AR Platforms
• Manage time and prioritization of daily items and aging tasks.

The full compensation range for this position is $16.85–24.05, reflecting the earning potential and growth opportunities available within the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Final pay decisions are made through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
