As an AR Specialist, you will encounter exciting challenges in this role:

- Manage assigned accounts receivable portfolios and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.

- Contact customers regarding overdue invoices, payment commitments, account balances, and billing-related inquiries.

- Review payments received and follow up on outstanding or missed payment agreements to prevent further overdue balances.

- Support accurate and complete billing by validating required customer information and resolving discrepancies.

- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to keep account information updated and coordinate collection strategies.

- Identify accounts that represent a collection risk and communicate them promptly to the team leader for early intervention.

To be outstanding in this role, the following factors will contribute to your success:

- Preferably a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in Accounts Receivable, collections, or a related area.

- B2+ English proficiency.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.

- Strong written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
