We are looking for a detail-oriented A/R Specialist to join our finance team. The Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing all accounts receivable activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.

Primary Responsibilities

Collection efforts: communicate to customers via email regarding their past due balances.
Assist in responding and solving customer tickets via email.
Assist with basic accounting/finance responsibilities.

Qualifications

Associates Degree or higher in an accounting/finance/or business-related field
2+ years experience in an accounting environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Dynamics
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimum supervision
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Analytical ability

Benefits

Salary: Up to $4.5M COP Monthly

Contract: Indefinite Labor Contract

Location: LATAM - Remote

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week.
