About PAI

Pai makes award-winning skincare for people who care what goes on their skin. Founded in 2007, we exist because we believe you should never have to choose between what works and what's good for you. Every product we make is certified natural or organic, cruelty-free, and formulated without compromise.

Our West London HQ is where the magic happens, where every bottle is formulated, manufactured, and shipped with care. We're proud to be leaders in ethical, sustainable skincare, pushing the boundaries with natural, high-performance ingredients. Now, we're looking for passionate individuals to join our team and help us reach millions more around the world.

  • Invoicing: prepare, check and raise customer invoices and credit notes accurately and on time.
  • Cash receipts: post and allocate receipts daily against customer accounts, including marketplace settlements and multi-currency payments.
  • Credit control: keep aged debtors up to date and chase overdue balances by email and phone.
  • AR reporting: send a weekly aged debtors update to the Management Accountant, covering new receipts, allocations and accounts at risk.
  • Disputes: resolve customer queries, deductions and invoice discrepancies quickly, and escalate credit risks to management.
  • Customer accounts: keep customer master data, payment terms and remittance details current in NetSuite.
  • Collaboration: work with Customer Operations and Sales to protect cash flow and keep retailer relationships strong.
  • Supporting accounts payable (occasional)

  • Help with supplier invoice posting and payment runs during absences and busy periods.
  • Reconciliations, month-end and audit

  • Sales and receipts reconciliations: reconcile sales and receipts by channel (retail, Amazon, Shopify) at each month end.
  • Month-end close: complete sales ledger close tasks on time, including accruals and the trade debtors balance sheet reconciliation.
  • VAT: help prepare UK and international VAT reconciliations.
  • Audit: provide schedules, analysis and supporting documents for year-end and external audits.
  • Process improvement: document ledger procedures and suggest ways to automate and tighten controls.
  • Ad hoc: filing, admin and other finance tasks as needed.
