- Process approved bank transfers for client deposits and accurately record the related general ledger activity.
- Complete weekly cash reconciliations for operating and postage accounts.
- Prepare the monthly accounts receivable trial balance and assigned balance sheet reconciliations.

- Partner with Accounting, Billing, and other internal teams to resolve prepayments, account discrepancies, payment-processing issues, and month-end items.
- Maintain current client instructions and supporting documentation, follow established procedures and financial controls, and escalate issues or risks in a timely manner.
- Identify process gaps or recurring issues and recommend practical improvements that strengthen accuracy, efficiency, documentation, or service.
These are essential requirements for success in this role.
Candidates should be prepared to provide clear examples demonstrating all six:

- Strong communication skills: You communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally with clients and internal partners.
- Collaborative mindset: You work constructively across Accounting, Billing, and other teams to resolve issues and support shared results.
- Ability to prioritize: You can organize competing tasks, manage recurring deadlines, and adjust as priorities change in a fast-paced environment.
