You will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the Company on creating, managing and collecting client payments along with welcoming clients/candidates and answering the main reception line. You will wow clients on the front-end with your exceptional phone manner and negotiate win-win outcomes for both our clients and the Company. We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Master who can: Issuing invoices. Managing incoming funds. Managing the collection of overdue accounts and negotiating payments. Complete reconciliation of payments. Researching and preparing responses to client disputes. Coordinating debt collection activities when required. Answering the main reception line and directing calls. Greeting clients, directing them to meeting rooms and offering refreshments. Assisting the team with ad hoc requests. Look, our ideal candidate will have an ‘I got this’ attitude...they will be solution-focused with a proven track record in managing clients, accounts receivable and just being an all-round organisation weapon. You will have to possess the ability to run through walls to get to a solution. And won’t be the type of person who throws their hands in the air and gives up at the first sight of a challenge.
