Role Description The Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate is a full-time remote role responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and securing real estate investment opportunities across various markets in the U.S. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research and financial analysis, reviewing property information, and preparing acquisition proposals and underwriting models. The role also involves coordinating due diligence activities, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and tracking deals through the acquisition pipeline. The specialist will maintain accurate records, prepare reports for leadership, and support strategic initiatives to grow the firm’s portfolio. Regular communication with brokers, sellers, and other stakeholders is expected to advance negotiations and close transactions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in Market Research to evaluate properties, markets, and investment returns.
• Candidates should possess Acquisitions experience, including sourcing deals, underwriting investments, and supporting negotiations or transaction closings.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact with internal teams, brokers, sellers, and other stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Program Management skills to manage multiple deals simultaneously, coordinate due diligence, and maintain organized documentation.
• Knowledge of real estate finance, valuation methods, and investment principles.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, financial modeling tools, and relevant real estate software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant real estate or investment experience is strongly preferred.
